We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but often its difficult to break away from the boring routine. That mad dash on a Monday morning is all too familiar to us, but making time for something satisfying, healthy and tasty for breakfast is essential to kick start the morning. Here I have put together a list of the breakfast basics.

 The Smoothie:

Bananas, fat free Greek yogurt and any other fruit you have. Try tangy blueberries and raspberries, plus add some oats for a fibre boost.

 The Scrambled Egg:

Free range organic eggs in a saucepan, with a dash of milk and cook on a medium heat until solid. Simple and quick. Then serve with a crack of black pepper and enjoy. This can be jazzed up with grilled cherry tomatoes.
