The recipe I want to share with you today is Avocado smoothie. This delicious avocado smoothie is made of avocado, banana, spinach and nut milk. Have you tried avocado in smoothie yet? Avocado gives a nice creaminess to any smoothie recipe. This smoothie is so nourishing and simple to make. Avocado are high in fiber, folate and Vitamin K. This is my favourite afternoon snack at the moment.
Ingredients:
(serves 2).
1/2 avocado
1/2 banana
A large handful fresh spinach
1 3/4 cup almond milk ( or any other milk you prefer, expect coconut milk).
honey (optional).
Method:
1). Slice the avocado in half, remove pit and scoop out flesh into the blender.Peel and slice the banana.
2). Add all other ingredients and blend on high until smooth and creamy. Sweeten to taste. Enjoy immediately.
