Kiwi, Kale & Banana #smoothie by #FoodByCamilla



I’ve been making this banana, kiwi and kale smoothie loads of time, but for some reason it hasn’t made it’s appearance here until now! This is such a simply smoothie with just four ingredients and not to mention incredibly healthy. Kiwis are an excellent source of vitamin C and dietary fiber. Kale has anti- anti-inflammatory properties and contain omega 3s. While bananas are high in potassium, vitamin C, vitamin B6 and are packed with a number of other vitamins and minerals. If you use ripe and sweet bananas and Kiwis that are ripened so they are sweet too, no sweetener is necessary! This smoothie is creamy, enjoyable and guilt free.

Ingredients: ( serves 2)

1 banana ( frozen)

2 kiwis

1 cup kale

1 ¼ cup almond milk



Put all the ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth. Pour in two glasses and enjoy!
